Goal of 200! Thank you!!

Hi!

What a great surprise after returning from Costco to see that my little shop had made 200 sales! Astonishing.

This journey over the last year has been so interesting. There have been sales all over the US including Alaska. International sales have come in from Ireland, Australia, Italy, Turkey, Finland and England just to name a few. The new friendships over the last year have been amazing!

Etsy has changed my life and I am grateful! It is fun to post something new and see what it inspires in others. This blog and Etsy are far above and beyond what I thought was possible!!

Thank you again (and you know who you are!)

Have a great weekend! ~Kristine

School Supplies! I'm In Love

This time of year is great. Even though we are in shorts, and flip flops the school supplies are hitting the stores! A few of the last posts reflect this adoration of new school supplies. I love to stock up for the year and know that there are things in the studio to work with as all of us Etsians get closer to "Black Friday"!

Goal: Etsy Sales

Hi, Today I was looking at when all of this fun started and found that Aug. 2nd was when my first sale came through. It would be great to have reached 200 sales through Etsy by Aug.2nd of this year! Oh to dream...

Butterlies in flight!

Wow! A super busy day at the shop. All of the paper butterflies have sold and off to Australia, Ireland, California and Mississippi! There is a new set posted and hope to get a few more sets up in the next days!!

Life Dream - Check

Hi! Wonderful news this week!! The decorated stemware that I sent to Somerset Life Magazine was published. Since 1999 I have had a dream in my heart to send them some of my creations and see them show up on the glossy pages inside.

Last Summer I sent in 3 different things and one was selected. Wow!! It was hard to believe and I am still tickled about the whole thing. Stampington & Co. is where you can find all of the art challenges for the publication's that they print.

This decorated glass is in the Summer 2009 issue of Somerset Life magazine page 54-57!

There are a few of these decorated martini glasses at my Etsy shop to give you some more ideas. If you are looking for this publication to purchase try here: Petite Bookstore

Thanks again for all of your kind wishes!

Heidelberg Paper Butterflies

Good Morning! To put these paper butterflies sets together is my favorite part! They are all on a silver platter and with my color wheel as a guide and I pull them out one by one. A few adjustments go into each collection and I always include extras in case there are one or two that someone would rather switch out. Take care and don't forget the sunscreen :-) Kristine
