Today I am adding a one of a kind collage to my Etsy shop. The main illustration is a house on the waterfront in Charleston. It has gold foil overlays on the top! ~Kristine

Hello! Midori Inc. is ending a box of ribbon from Seattle to Charleston today. Very exciting!! I will make a custom collage notebook for the owner Midori with her paper and ribbon. Of course I will post pictures of my Midori ribbon project. I am looking forward to it and wish I could be in NYC at that show!

Midori Ribbon

Hi! Well the New Year is off and running!! This week I had a surprise phone call from Midori Inc. They are a wonderful ribbon company out of Seattle and I LOVE the ribbon that they design: http://www.midoriribbon.com/index_c.cfm?page=_c1&c1=64 . At the end of the month they will be in NYC for the big International Gift Fair and would like to have me put together some ribbon paperclips to give out as a thank you for their customers!

This is one of the goals I had for this year and I am so loving it. Along with showing my creation to the people at the convention they will be passing out my business card too! If there are any pictures I promise to post them here.

Butterflies

I have a few new sets of paper butterflies to add to the shop. This time I have used some marbled papers and some with maps. Very fun to make and I will get more sets put together in the next few days.

Blog Love!

A big thank you to my friend MaryMarsh http://marymarsh.blogspot.com/! She gave my blog a blog love award :-) Beyond uber cool!! I will in turn mark 5 favorite blogs too and post it here in the next day or two.

I wanted to show you the new things I was working on. My studio work table is full of projects lined up to start. And there is a list 3 pages long in my sketchbook too. It is so nice that we have daylight here early and into the mid evening. I do love that!

Oh and the black margarita glass maybe published in Somerset Life magazine in 2009. If so I will be sure to post it here. They send you the magazine as a thank you for submitting and being published.
