Butterflies in Sweden

After all the hundreds (maybe a thousand by now?) of butterflies that I have handmade over the last two years something wonderful has happened. Madeleine in Sweden posted a few pictures of what she did with her set! Amazing and so beautiful!! I am grateful that she indulged me and has allowed me to use her photos as examples of two gorgeous way to display them. Other people have used them on cards, mobiles, presents and even on the walls!

So thank you Madeleine for sharing and making my day!! She has the most delightful website that makes you feel like you are there with her in Sweden having a yummy homemade treat right out of the oven with her daughter "E".

Côte d'Azur Collection

I am starting a Côte d'Azur collection of paper butterflies. Here is the first set! This week I had an order for 350 of them!! (PS - We watched Julie and Julia last night and it was wonderful.)

Amp Up Your Color

In the mail today was the new Nordstrom catalog. Wow it is full of color for Spring! The "Amp Up Your Color" is what you see when you first open the mini magazine. So, I followed their inspiration direction and came up with these butterfly sets!! It might be cold outside but it is still sunny! ~Kristine

Coco Chanel: Lifetime Movie

Over the Holidays we watched this great movie about Coco Chanel from Netflix. Really wonderful movie that even my husband enjoyed!! Classic. ~Kristine

New Etsy Items

It has been uber cold here the last few days! The inside weather station claims that there is a chance of snow this week. But here there are no clouds just 21 degrees at night and the most stars you can ever see! During the day it is sunny but only 14% humidity thankfully we have enough Labello and Nivea handcream!!
